Trained to a Standard, Not Just a Task
Every Dynamic Facility team member completes structured onboarding and ongoing training before they ever step onto your property. It's how we deliver the same disciplined, detail-obsessed standard on every commercial and residential job across Arkansas.
Consistency Is a Promise. Training Is How We Keep It.
High-quality service starts long before the first task is performed. It starts with training.
At Dynamic Facility Services LLC, we built a formal training program because reliable results require disciplined, repeatable processes across both commercial and residential work. From cleaning techniques and equipment operation to safety procedures and site-specific expectations, our goal is to ensure every professional understands not only what needs to be done, but how it should be done.
What Our Training Covers
Our training is built around three foundations: performing every task correctly, following site-specific procedures, and working safely and professionally.
Surface-Specific Cleaning Protocols
Practical guidance on correct methods for dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, damp mopping, floor care, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning and high-touch disinfection. The objective is to reduce inconsistencies and create a clear standard for how each task should be performed across different environments and schedules.
Safe Chemical Handling
Proper dilution, surface compatibility, contact time, product labels, SDS awareness and safe storage.
Equipment Operation
Correct use of vacuums, carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, burnishers and pressure washers.
Color-Coded Cleaning System
Microfiber cloths and mop heads are separated by application to reduce cross-contamination: blue for glass and mirrors, green for general surfaces, yellow for food and break areas, pink for restroom surfaces and white reserved for toilets and urinals. Fresh water is used for every service visit — mop water is never reused.
Quality-Control Checklists
Clear task routines and cleaning schedules that define what, how, how often and where special attention is required.
Professionalism & Client Etiquette
Respect for every environment, every client and every property we're trusted to maintain.
OSHA-Aligned Safety Awareness
PPE use, slip-and-fall prevention, safe lifting, equipment inspection and workplace hazard awareness.
The Training Path Every Team Member Follows
Training is not a one-time event. It's a disciplined process that begins before onboarding and continues throughout every professional's time with us.
Vetting & Background Check
Every candidate is background-verified before they join a Dynamic crew, protecting clients, residents, visitors and property.
Foundational Onboarding
Team members learn cleaning techniques, chemical and product awareness, safety procedures and the standards behind the Dynamic name.
Hands-On Supervised Fieldwork
Practical, supervised experience on real sites — with site-specific guidance for offices, medical, industrial, retail, gyms and residential buildings.
Certification Sign-Off
Team members demonstrate competency before working independently, confirming they meet our procedures and quality expectations.
Recurring Refreshers & Audits
As procedures, equipment, products and client expectations change, team members receive updated guidance and ongoing quality audits.
Training That Shows in the Results
Questions About Our Team & Training
Are your staff background-checked?
Yes. Every team member is background-verified before joining a Dynamic crew. It's a foundational part of protecting our clients, their employees, residents, visitors and property.
How are teams trained for specialized surfaces?
Our team receives practical guidance on the correct methods for a wide range of procedures — from VCT, LVT, stone and concrete floor care to tile and grout, glass, carpet extraction and high-touch disinfection. Product selection, dilution and surface compatibility are part of every protocol.
What products and safety standards do you use?
We use professional cleaning solutions according to their intended purpose and manufacturer directions, with awareness of proper dilution, contact time, safe storage and PPE requirements. Our training is built around principles aligned with OSHA workplace safety guidance.
Do commercial and residential crews follow the same standards?
Yes. Both divisions are held to the same disciplined training, quality-control checklists and safety standards. Site-specific guidance is layered on top so each team's approach reflects the environment being maintained.
How do you reduce cross-contamination between areas?
We use a color-coded system for microfiber cloths and mop heads, separating tools by application — restrooms, glass, general surfaces, food areas and more. Fresh water is used for every service visit and mop water is never reused.
Does training stop after onboarding?
No. Professional standards require reinforcement. As procedures, equipment, products and client expectations evolve, team members receive updated guidance and additional instruction through recurring refreshers and audits.
